Bio in brief:
Tony Miles is Methodist Minister based at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster. He is married to Frances and they live with their two children in Loughton, Essex. Tony is a broadcaster who currently presents the Saturday breakfast show for Premier Christian Radio with his co-presenter Lizzie Crow. Tony has wrriten two books: Maybe Today published by CWR in 2008, and Like A Child written with his wife, Frances, in 2003. Tony is a regular contributor to ‘Living Light’ published by the Nationwide Christian Trust. Tony is actively involved with many organisations – including being a trustee of the Church and Media Network, the Christian Evidence Society, and the Chigwell Riding Trust. He is part of ChurchAds.Net, God Goss, a member of the Rotary Club of Loughton and Buckhurst Hill, and a supporter of Fulham Football Club. He also likes to keep fit himself through regular visits to a local gym.

Ministry: Tony Miles is Methodist Minister in the 20th year of his ministry. He is currently a member of the ministerial team at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster (between Westminster Abbey and the QE2 conference centre). His involvement at Methodist Central Hall includes preaching, teaching, all-age worship, co-ordinating special events, web master, and chaplain to the St. Vincent family centre. Prior to being at Central Hall, he was pastorally responsible for Loughton Methodist Church and Trinity Church, Debden - a Local Ecumenical Partnership (1995-2004). Tony’s first appointment was in the Colchester Circuit, serving four churches (1989-1995). Tony first felt called to the Methodist presbyteral ministry following time as a Lay Pastoral Assistant at Epsom Methodist Church (1984/6) and he trained at Wesley College, Bristol (1986/89). In 1983/4 he had also been a Bible student Cliff College (1983/4). This all followed a change of direction in career: Tony originally completed a business studies course (at NESCOT) and worked for three years as a money broker for a stock broking firm in the City of London.
